Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one session with a mental health professional such as a therapist, psychologist, social worker, or counselor. It focuses on helping you tackle personal challenges like stress, anxiety, relational challenges, trauma, or tough thoughts and behaviors, and setting goals to improve your overall well-being.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a chance for partners to work with a skilled therapist to improve their relationship. Couples therapy focused on helping couple’s address issues like communication, trust, and conflict, and find ways to strengthen the connection between you and your partner.

Initial Evaluation
The Initial Evaluation is our first session. This is the session where I gather all the initial information from you like: what brought you to therapy, symptoms, health and developmental history and goals for therapy. This session will take place virtually.

Individual Therapy
Online sessions are offered for individual therapy sessions. These sessions are designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Sessions typically last for about 50 minutes. Meetings can be weekly, bi-weekly or on an as needed basis.

Couples Therapy
Online sessions are offered for Couples Therapy. These sessions are designated for couples to process and explore their thoughts, challenges and feelings with one another while I help to facilitate and promote communication between partners. Sessions typically last for about 60 minutes. Meetings can be weekly, bi-weekly or on an as needed basis.
