    Well I believe anyone can utilize therapy for several reasons. However, a good way to tell is if you're experiencing ongoing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or any other mental health concerns. Therapy can provide support and strategies for improvement.

  2. What can I expect during my first therapy session?

    In your first session, you'll discuss what brought you to therapy, goals with your therapist, and work with me to create a personalized treatment plan based on your goals.

  3. How long does each therapy session last?

    Typically, therapy sessions last about 50 minutes, but this can vary based on your specific needs and the type of therapy.

  4. How often should I attend therapy sessions?

    The frequency of sessions depends on your individual situation and goals. You and I will discuss how often you would like or would need to be seen.

  5. How many therapy sessions can I have?
    I offer appointments weekly, biweekly (every 2 weeks), once a month or on an as needed basis. We will discuss the how often you would like to be seen based on need, progress and schedule.

  6. What are your rates and do you accept insurance?

    Rates vary depending on the type of service and desired payment method. If you are using insurance, prices will depend on your specific insurance plan.

  7. Are therapy sessions confidential?

    Yes, all therapy sessions are confidential. I follow strict privacy guidelines to ensure your information is protected.

  8. Do you offer online or teletherapy sessions?

    Yes, I currently only offer online and teletherapy sessions for clients. For clients that desire in-person services, I am currently unable to oblige that request. When I am able to see clients in person, I will advertise it on this website.

  9. How do I book an appointment?

    You can book your first consultation appointment with me by sending me a request on the website.

  10. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

  11. Can you prescribe medication?

    I do not prescribe medication. However, I can refer you to a licensed provider (usually a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner) who can.

  12. Do you offer group therapy or workshops?

    Currently I do not offer group therapy. However, if this changes, I will provide the information on the website.
